we're leaving on thursday! however, it's not like we've even started thinking about packing or preparing. i'm finishing up my big independent study paper on ukraine's media and the orange revolution, and i have an exam tomorrow. oh, and i'm as sick as a dog. something has been getting passed around campus, and this is the second time i've been sick this quarter. it makes me miss free peace corps drugs so much! i just hope i'm feeling better by thursday...because flying with congestion, for an 18hr journey nonetheless, does not sound like fun.

on a side note, gizmo is now in connecticut, where he has taken over my parents house. my sister's already got him living in her bedroom. it seems silly to be so sad about being so far away from an animal, but i sure do miss the little guy. our tiny apartment seems empty without him here. but we'll be getting him back in january, so it's not like he's gone forever.
